In-store our staff can handle most inquiries, however an appointment is recommended for highly specialised inquiries, to make sure the person who can help best will be available. Consultation fees may apply.

We welcome any inquiries we will help as best we can. We will try to respond within 24 hrs. Email tends to be the easiest method however if you prefer or it is urgent or complicated please phone.

Hours

Mon – Fri 9:30 am – 5:00 pm, Sat 9:30 am – 1:00 pm

We are closed on public holidays including Easter Saturday. At certain times of the year—such as before Christmas—we have extended trading hours and days to include Sundays 10:00 am – 1:00 pm. We close at 3:00 pm between Christmas and New Year.

We can also open by appointment for private consultations.
